<h4>Connecting Inner Balance Bluetooth Sensor:</h4>

  <li>Clip the sensor to your earlobe and press the soft button on the sensor pod to activate a blue flashing light.</li>
  <li>Open the Inner Balance app and press the "Start" arrow to initiate a scan for the sensor.</li>
  <li>Once your sensor ID number is displayed, verify that it matches the number on the back of the sensor pod. Tap it to confirm and wait for 15-20 seconds for calibration before beginning your session.</li>
</ol>
